This Cooperative Agreement is effective and obligation is made as of January 14, 2015 and shall apply to expenditures made by the Recipient in furtherance of program objectives during the period beginning with the effective date and ending January 13, 2017. USAID will not be liable for reimbursing the Recipient for any costs in excess of the obligated amount.
