This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and South Dakota Network, LLC (“CLEC”), a South Dakota limited liability company. Qwest and CLEC shall be referred to jointly as the “Parties.”
