(“Company”) and its customer as specified in the given Quote (“Customer”) agree upon the provision of the Services by executing a Quote, each Party's rights and obligations regarding the provision of the Service are exclusively governed by the following HiveMQ Subscription Terms (“General Terms”) and the accompanying Annexes listed below (“Services Terms”).
