Contract Type FiledJanuary 24th, 2008It is the purpose of this Agreement, in recognizing a common interest between the Company and the Union in promoting the fundamental principles of creativity and innovation in broadcasting and the utmost cooperation and friendly spirit between the Company and its employees, to set forth conditions covering rates of pay, hours of work and conditions of employment to be observed between the parties and to provide a procedure for prompt and equitable resolution of grievances.
