These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), effective as of February 28, 2013, are applicable to the Service Activation Agreement (the “SAA”) entered into between the company named on the SAA (the “Client”) and Economic Modeling, LLC (“EMSI”) and are fully incorporated into that SAA as if fully set forth therein. These terms and conditions (as they may be amended from time to time by EMSI) and the SAA form a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between Client and EMSI.
