This Contract is concluded on the basis of the results of the small – scale public contract procedure in accordance with PPA titled “One-off Production and Supply of Chip Prelaminates “(hereinafter referred to as the “tender procedure”) with the Seller who meets all the tender conditions and whose tender was selected as the most economically advantageous. The basis for this Contract is also the Seller's tender for the tender procedure submitted on [the Seller to complete the date of Seller's tender], the content of which is known to the Parties (hereinafter referred to as the "Tender").
