In accordance with the New York Plan for the Settlement of Jurisdictional Disputes, an Arbitration Panel was appointed to hear and decide a jurisdiction dispute between the above-named Unions, involving the operation of Hoist for Personnel and Materials (also known as a Joint Venture Car) at the construction locations of 310 West 51st Street and1880 Broadway (contractors respectively Tishman Construction and Bovis Lend Lease).
