This Service Agreement (the “Agreement’) is effective on the date the Order is placed (the “Effective Date”). Capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in this Agreement and the Order placed.. By executing this Agreement or by using the Services, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Service requires proximity to a cellular communications or a wireless network and compatible coverage in order to operate. If the Customer is unclear about the cellular or wireless communications coverage in the area, then the Customer should request a demonstration of the Service by the Provider prior to entering into this service agreement. Though Provider will contract with a service provider for this service, Provider assumes no liability for any failure of the network. Customer is solely responsible for providing network boosters if necessary for the proper operation of the Service.
