This Agreement is entered into the day of July, 2018, by and between the City of Galveston, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation (“the City”) and the Industrial Development Corporation (“IDC”) established pursuant to the Development Corporation Act of 1979 (“the Act”) and now codified in Texas Local Government Code Chapters 501, 502, 504 and 505.
