("Agreement") is entered into this day of 2008, by and between the Chabot-Los Positas Community College District, a California public community college district duly organized and validly existing under the Constitution and law of the State of California, and specifically Division 7 of Title 3 of the California Education Code ("Chabot-Las Positas"), and Tri-CED Community Recycling, a California not for profit corporation existing under the State of California ("Tri-CED") (collectively, Tri-CED and Chabot-Las Positas Community College District shall be referred to herein as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party")
