These Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”) constitute a legal agreement between ImpactKarma, PBC., a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation (“IK,” or “we,” “us,” or “our,” as the context dictates), and you, the user of the Services (as defined below) (“You” or “User,” or “Your,” as the context dictates). IK offers access to certain features of its websites, including the “Karma Wallet” websites (collectively, the “Websites”) and Karma Wallet App (the App), and its proprietary social and environmental responsibility software as a service offering (together with the Website and as updated and modified from time-to-time, the “Services”) to third parties on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
