Purchaser and Seller enter this Agreement with the intention and expectation that Purchaser shall immediately assign its Conservation Easement interest acquired hereunder, or the rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement (except for the Purchaser’s obligation to provide the Purchase Price, as set forth in Paragraph 6 below), to GALLATIN VALLEY LAND TRUST of 212 S. Wallace Ave., Suite 101, Bozeman, Montana 59715 (“Land Trust”) in order to meet the conditions for a grant from the Gallatin County Open Space Fund as set forth by the Board of Gallatin County Commissioners.
