This Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Make your Mark SF, a California Limited Liability Corporation (“Licensee”) Doing Business as Sticky Thumb. City and Licensee are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and singularly as “Party.”
