Parkland Development and Easement Agreement (the "Easement Agreement") is entered into effective as of the day of , 202 (the "Effective Date") by and between the City of Minneapolis, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"); the City of Minneapolis, a Minnesota municipal corporation, Acting By and Through Its Park and Recreation Board, a public body politic and corporate ("Park Board"); and 2800 Partners, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company and Bryn Mawr Development LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (collectively, "Developer").
