This Software Maintenance Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between the licensee described in DEFINITIONS below (“LICENSEE”) and Digital Acoustics, LLC (“DIGITAL ACOUSTICS”) for the software product (“SOFTWARE”) that is also described in DEFINITIONS below.
