THIS FACILITIES SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), by and between Shelby County Board of Education, a school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of Tennessee (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”), having its principal place of business at 160 S. Hollywood Street, Memphis, TN 38112, and Wilco Services, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), having its principal place of business at 8120 Vale Cove, Hernando, MS 38632.
