This document was signed in Wellington, on 10 of December 2003, and it was published in the official gazette on 4 of September 2006. The Convention entered into force on 21 of June 2006 and its provisions shall have effect in respect of taxes on income obtained and amount paid, credited to an account, put at the disposal or accounted as an expense, on or after the first day of January.
