This Cooperative Agreement ("Agreement") is made this day of , 2015 between the City of Minneapolis, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "CITY," and the Hennepin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, a public body corporate and politic, hereinafter referred to as the "HCHRA." The CITY and the HCHRA are referred to collectively as the "Parties."
