This RCDevs SpanKey Enterprise Perpetual Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) executed by and between RCDevs SA having his principal place of business at 1 Avenue du Blues, L-4368, Belvaux, Luxembourg (“RCDevs”) and the Licensee entitles the Licensee to use the Software defined in clause 1 below, regardless of the means of transmission or delivery, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
