This Real Estate Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made on , 2020 (the “Contract Date”), by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment, acting by and through its governing body, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (“Seller”) and Indiana Michigan Power Company, an Indiana corporation, whose principal place of business is 1 Riverside Plaza, Columbus, Ohio 43215 (“Buyer”) (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
