Before using this software please read the following terms and conditions carefully. This End‐ User License Agreement ("License Agreement") is a binding agreement between you (either an individual or a company or other legal entity), the end‐user, and Speech Processing Solutions GmbH, a company under Austrian law (“SPS”), regarding use of the SpeechExec software and SpeechLive Service, if you have subscribed to this Service. The term “SOFTWARE PRODUCT” includes computer software included in the licensed SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("SOFTWARE") and accompanying documentation and may include "online" or electronic documentation and a product key (all these things together will subsequently be referred to as the "SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
