(hereinafter “Asahi Soft Drinks”), a consolidated subsidiary of Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd., (hereinafter “Asahi Group Holdings”), have entered into a comprehensive business alliance agreement for vending machine business with the aim of improving the corporate value of both companies.
