These Terms of Service are a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“you,” “your” or “Consultant”), a perinatal care provider offering advice and coaching services to a parent, parent-to-be, or other individual seeking advice and coaching services using the service of Nessle LLC (“Nessle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement, which you sign online, covers the terms and conditions under which you will use the Nessle website (the “Site”), the Nessle Mobile Application (the “App”, which currently is under development), and the online Market Place Service referring Consultants to users (the “Service Users”) of the Nessle Service (the “Nessle Service”). Nessle offers the Service under the Nessle brands. This Agreement refers to the Site, the App, and the Service all together as the “Nessle Offerings.”
