This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT and MUTUAL RELEASE (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of 2024, by and between Plaintiffs Amy Mihalov (“Mihalov”) and Laura Kapuscinski (“Kapuscinski”) (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Berkeley Heights Board of Education and Julie A. Kot, in her official capacity as the Designated Records Custodian of the Berkeley Heights Board of Education (collectively, “Defendants”). Plaintiffs and Defendants hereinafter are referred to individually as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall be deemed entered into as of the date of signature of the last signatory or signatory representative to sign this Agreement.
