Beginning on the date of purchase, your new bed frame, nightstand, dresser, and/or desk from our Avocado Natural Wood Collection, Mid-Century Modern Collection, Malibu Collection, City Collection, Kids Collection, or our Dog Bed Frame (the “Furniture”) is covered by a 10-year limited warranty (the “Furniture Warranty”). This Furniture Warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Avocado Furniture and extends to all Furniture purchased directly from Avocado Mattress, LLC (“Avocado Mattress”) or authorized reseller. The “original purchaser” for the purposes of this Furniture Warranty is the first purchaser of the Furniture from Avocado Mattress or an authorized reseller. This Furniture Warranty is not transferable and applies only to Furniture purchased from Avocado Mattress or an authorized reseller by the original purchaser. Avocado Mattress warrants the Furniture against the defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the time your Furniture is purchased by
