Signature below constitutes receipt of this Master Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) and acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. In construing this Agreement the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; words importing the masculine shall include feminine and neutral genders and vice versa, and words importing persons shall include corporations, agents, trusts, businesses and vice versa. The entity named as the customer whose signature appears below on this Agreement (the “Customer”) shall rent or purchase from Absolute Services (“Absolute”) items first ordered by Customer and all subsequent alterations to the order(s), if any (the “Equipment”) at the prices specified. The Customer, by signing the Agreement, confirms that the Agreement shall govern the terms and conditions (“Terms”) under which the Equipment is being transacted. The Terms of the Agreement are described in 29 clauses as follows:
