In this Consumer Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement ("Agreement"), the words "you" and "your" mean the Borrower who has signed it. The words "Lender," "we," "us," and "our" mean Cross River Bank, a New Jersey State chartered commercial bank. If you selected to repay the Loan by ACH then the term "Account" refers to the Account you indicated on your Application to repay your Loan. The Federal Truth-in-Lending (TILA) Disclosures below are part of this Agreement.
