API License Agreement – Expedia Local ExpertApi License Agreement • July 24th, 2015
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is an agreement between you (as specified in the signature block below) and Expedia, Inc. and/or its affiliates (collectively, “Expedia”) for the Expedia LX Supplier Connectivity Services and API specifications, which includes specification documents and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation and data ("API Specifications"). By copying or otherwise using the API Specifications or Expedia LX Supplier Connectivity Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Expedia may modify the terms of the EULA at any time with or without notice. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA, do not copy or otherwise use these API Specifications or the Expedia LX Supplier Connectivity Services.
