This order becomes a binding contract when accepted by acknowledgement of commencement of performance, but this shall not be deemed to preclude acceptance hereof in any other lawful manner. The terms and conditions hereof are intended as a final, complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties, and no change in modification of or revision of this purchase order shall be valid unless in writing and signed by Buyer.
