The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for the March 2022 Philadelphia Eagles Fan Cruise ("Cruise") constitute a legally binding contract between you and First Class Cruises LLC (referred to as "FIRST CLASS CRUISES"), concerning the Cruise. All guests must read, agree to and accept these Terms before booking their stateroom for the Cruise, and retain them for future reference. These Terms & Conditions are incorporated into and made a part of your Agreement with FIRST CLASS CRUISES. You agree that these Terms & Conditions are subject to change by FIRST CLASS CRUISES at their good faith discretion.
