In accordance with worldwide Regulation on personal data privacy and security, this Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement") enters into force if and when the Services entail processing of the User’s Personal Data and will form part of the Terms & Conditions for access and use of DyzSocial Services. The terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in this Agreement. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms & Conditions. Except as modified below, the terms of the Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
