This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made as of this 14th day of July, 2023 by among Unique Logistics International (NYC) LLC (“Plaintiff” or “Unique”), Barend Oberholzer (“B. Oberholzer”), and Jett LLC (“Jett” and together with B. Oberholzer, the “Defendants”). Plaintiff and Defendants are referred to herein collectively as “Parties” or separately as a “Party.”
