This Addendum to Services Agreement is entered into the day of June, 2020, between the University of Arizona Alumni Association, Inc., an Arizona nonprofit corporation (“UAAA”) and the Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of the University of Arizona, an Arizona body corporate (“University”). The UAAA and University may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
