THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of October, 2013 (the “Execution Date”), by and between The City of Avon, Ohio, 36080 Chester Road, Avon, Ohio 44011, an Ohio Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and Bo Jackson’s Elite Sports Development Group, LLC, 600 Cleveland Street, Ste. 910, Clearwater FL 33755, a Florida limited liability company, and/or assigns (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
