This Contract for Design Professional Services is made and entered into this 1st day of June, 2017 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", and Corgan Associates, Inc., a Texas Corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Design Professional”.
