PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th day of March, 2023 by and between the TOWN OF LYONS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, with offices at 432 5th Avenue, Lyons, Colorado 80540 (the “Town”), and Denver Metro Security, Inc. with offices at 1320 Simms St., Suite 100, Lakewood, CO 80401(the “Contractor").
