This Agreement is made on the ___ day of December 2013, by and between Quadra Productions, Inc. (“Quadra”), producer of the television series Wheel of Fortune (“WOF”), with offices at 10202 W. Washington Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232 (collectively referred to herein as “Wheel of Fortune”), and Collette Travel Service, Inc. (“Collette”, a U.S. corporation with a place of business at 162 Middle Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860), for a joint promotion subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, and in any Schedule and Exhibit hereto.
