THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 11th day of July, 2017 (Effective Date) between the Board of County Commissioners for Ouray County, Colorado, whose address is 514 4th Street, Ouray, Colorado 81427 (also referred to hereinafter as "County") and Clearnetworx, LLC, whose address is P.O. Box 1809, Montrose, CO 81402 (also referred to hereinafter as “Contractor”) for the purpose of providing Fiber Optic Internet Access and Secure Data Transport Services to County facilities. In consideration of the mutual covenants and obligations set out herein, the Parties agree as follows:
