This Hardware Services Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Renaissant, Inc. (“Renaissant”), and [CUSTOMER] (“Customer”), for the provision of services in accordance with the following terms and conditions. When used herein the term “Agreement” includes the body of this Agreement and all addendums, exhibits, and attachments hereto or referenced herein, Renaissant’s Privacy Policy (available at https://renaissant.com/privacy/) and Terms of Use (available at https://renaissant.com/privacy/) (collectively, the “Policies”), and each Order Form. “Order Form” means a document mutually agreed to by the Parties that references this Hardware Services Subscription Agreement and defines the specific module, functionality, pricing, and other details related to the Hardware and its implementation at a Site (as defined below).
