(“Technicolor”), Brewer Guard and Detective Services, Inc., and Imperial Guard and Detective Services, Inc., (collectively, “Imperial”) and all other past and present related entities, direct or indirect affiliates, parent companies and other subsidiaries (collectively, “Defendants”), individually and on behalf of other related parties, enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release to settle the issues between them asserted in this action.1
