These Terms of Service cover all of A Milestone Group’s websites, products and services. A Milestone Group consists of the following brands: Vidigami, Picaboo Yearbooks, Milestone Yearbooks, Creator Studio, The Yearbook Files and Milestone Academy (collectively “Milestone Group”). These Terms of Service are incorporated into all Milestone Group Publication Agreements, and all Photo Management Agreements (collectively “Agreements”). In addition, these Terms of Service govern the use the Vidigami Photo Management Application (“PM System”) and the Creator Studio Yearbook Application and Store (the “CS System”) (collectively the “Milestone Group System” or “System” or “Systems”) by organizations and individuals who have signed an Agreement, or otherwise access the Systems.
