The Contractor shall perform monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities related to the three Challenges under the New York Clean Transportation Prizes (NYCTP) Program: the Clean Neighborhoods Challenge, the Electric Mobility Challenge, and the Electric Truck and Bus Challenge. The NYCTP program, launched in April 2021, consists of two Phases. There will be up to 18 Phase One awardees identified in Winter 2021-2022 and up to 10 Phase Two awardees identified in Summer 2022.
