Henry Clay High School is pleased to offer students the at-home use of graphing calculators. Students under the age of 18 must obtain parental permission while students 18 and over may sign their own forms. Completed forms should be sent electronically to sarah.hatton@fayette.kyschools.us to ensure availability. Upon receipt of the completed form, we will notify the student if there is a calculator available for checkout and arrange for Curbside Pickup or other method.
