These General Terms (these “General Terms”) are between Oracle East Central Europe LIMITED (“Oracle”) and the individual or entity that has executed this Master Agreement. To place orders subject to these General Terms, the Schedules (as defined below) that are attached to these General Terms must be incorporated into these General Terms. If a term is relevant only to a specific Schedule, that term will apply only to that Schedule if and/or when that Schedule is incorporated into these General Terms. Настоящие Общие условия (далее – «Общие условия») действуют между Оракл Ист Сентрал Юроп Лтд., («Оракл») и физическим или юридическим лицом, оформившим настоящее Основное Соглашение. Для размещения заказов на данных Общих условиях необходимо включение в настоящие Общие условия приложений, прикрепленных к настоящим Общим Условиям, (см. определение ниже).
