(All fines and penalties must be paid to remain in good standing.) As a member of the KDDA you agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement, Build Rules, & Race Day Information which are intended to be a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant, spectator or official. You further agree that the club insurance does not cover you as a member, for any reason. You agree to hold KDDA, the facility, and insurance company harmless from any and all claims, and litigation. If you require additional copies of any of the above listed information please request a copy from a board member on race day, at a regular meeting, or online.
