This Cooperative Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between the County of Williamson (“County”) and the Cities of Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, and Taylor (collectively the “Cities”), under Chapter 121, Subchapter E of the Texas Health and Safety Code laws of the State of Texas, (the “Code”), acting by and through their respective authorized officers and representatives.
