Recalling that on the 24 of May 2002 an International Agreement of Interuniversity Cooperation gave origin to the International Relativistic Astrophysics Ph.D. program the IRAP PhD coordinated by ICRA was signed between the Rectors, Directors and/or Presidents of the University of Rome “la Sapienza”, the Free University of Berlin, The University of Savoie, the ETH in Zurich, The University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, the Observatoire de la Cote D’Azur. A special Agreement on the IRAP PhD was appended, as an integral part of the above agreement, with the rules of the Faculty,the Number of Fellowships, the Supervision, the Admission Requirements, the PhD Thesis Defense and the Diploma Delivery. The Coordinating Institution has been the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis.
