(herein referred to as “Sublessor”) and CreditCards.com (herein referred to as “Subtenant”) and all its terms (the “Sublease Agreement”). This Consent does not release or discharge Sublessor from any obligations or liability as the tenant or lessee under that certain lease dated July 11, 2002 (hereinafter the “Lease”) including, without limitation the obligation to pay rent. This consent is granted by Lessor subject to the following terms and conditions:

The term “Project” means the building (the “Building”) known as “Tower of the Hills” and the land (the “Land”) located at 13809 Research Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78750, and legally described in Appendix A. “Premises” means that part of the Project leased to Tenant described in the Schedule and outlined on Appendix A.
