To resolve the above-referenced complaint brought under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990—the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) of the U.S. Department of Education and Nebo School District (“Recipient”) enter into the following agreement. The parties to this agreement acknowledge that it is entered into voluntarily, and that it does not constitute an admission of liability, non-compliance, or wrongdoing by Recipient.
