This INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT, including any and all exhibits attached hereto (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of the 11th day of January, 2022, by and between INSPIRATION METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “District”), and FRONT RANGE RECREATION, INC., a Colorado corporation (the “Contractor”). The District and the Contractor are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
